Amazon returns are so easy because the company is obsessed with customer satisfaction and will do everything in their power to make their customers happy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The logic behind their return policy is that the customer needs to be happy with Amazon even though they might not be happy with the purchase. They are either happy with the product or they are happy with the fact they can return it easily. This means that \u201cspoiled\u201d customers can make purchases knowing full well that they can undo any choice they are remotely unsatisfied with.\u00a0 This lenient policy leaves a lot of room to Try to be as courteous and forthcoming as possible. Your priority should be receiving feedback from the customer in order to possibly improve your product.
