These Terms and Conditions define the framework for our engagements, ensuring a clear understanding and smooth workflow throughout our collaboration. By agreeing to these terms, the client acknowledges AMZ One Step’s capabilities in managing the project professionally.
AMZ One Step aims to provide competitive pricing relative to larger firms while delivering comparable quality, specializing in services for Amazon. Clients are encouraged to leverage our expertise for their benefit.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required before initiating any project. Work will not commence until these terms are formally agreed to and signed by the client.
The agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, and encompasses all aspects of our relationship, including payment obligations and service delivery aimed at meeting the client's needs.
Copyrights to all deliverables, including images, videos, and written content, remain with AMZ One Step until full payment is received. Unauthorized use of the deliverables before payment completion grants AMZ One Step the right to pursue legal action, and all profits from such use are subject to forfeiture.
AMZ One Step does not refund any sunk costs incurred as part of the project delivery. This includes costs related to modeling, photography, video production, and any rented resources.
No refunds will be provided after the completion of any photo or video shoots. While AMZ One Step does not guarantee specific refund amounts, we commit to working towards a fair resolution if the delivered work substantially deviates from what was agreed upon.
Payments can be made via Debit/Credit Card, Direct Deposit (ACH), or PayPal. Invoices will be issued through our Stripe system. The client agrees to maintain a valid payment method on file and is responsible for any non-sufficient funds (NSF) fees or chargebacks.
Products not claimed within 30 days post-project completion may be disposed of or donated to charity unless the client requests and pays for return shipping. AMZ One Step is not liable for any damage or alterations to the product during or post-production.
AMZ One Step provides up to two revisions within the original project scope. Additional revisions or any reshoots necessitated by an oversight in the agreed-upon content will incur extra charges. No further revisions will be provided beyond this without additional payment.
All rights to raw images and PSD files remain with AMZ One Step. These files are available to the client only if specifically included in the project quote for an additional fee.
The typical project turnaround time is 4-5 weeks post-product receipt, subject to project complexity and external factors. AMZ One Step does not guarantee delivery within this timeframe and is not liable for delays.
AMZ One Step reserves the right to use any project deliverables for our portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out.
AMZ One Step is not liable for any loss or damage to products during shipping or production. It is the client’s responsibility to track and ensure the safe arrival of products. We will collaborate on solutions if a product is lost while in our custody.
All non-public personal or business information shared during the engagement is considered confidential. AMZ One Step commits to non-disclosure of such information, except as required by law.
AMZ One Step retains autonomy in deciding the method, timing, and execution of all services, subject to client feedback and the terms agreed upon.
